1. About the service
IPTV Nordic provides an internet-based television subscription that streams live channels and video on demand over your own broadband connection. You need a stable internet connection and a compatible device to use the service.
2. Subscriptions and activation
Subscriptions are ordered via WhatsApp, Telegram or email. After confirmed payment we send your login details, usually within minutes. Each subscription covers the term you selected and the number of simultaneous connections included.
Your login details are personal. Sharing them publicly or reselling them without being an approved reseller may result in termination without refund.
3. Payment and pricing
Prices are set in euros as the base currency and may be shown converted to your local currency. All payments are made in advance. We do not store any card details on this website.
4. Refunds
If you experience technical problems, our support team will first help you resolve them. Contact us as soon as possible if the service does not work as promised and we will find a solution. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer law.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful, personal use. You are responsible for complying with the laws and content-licensing rules that apply where you live. Abuse, unauthorised reselling or attempts to disrupt the service are not permitted.
6. Availability
We work hard for high uptime and stable playback, but cannot guarantee the service will be entirely uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control, such as your own connection, may temporarily affect the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated.
